What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum stay for Compact Corporate Flats is two weeks. For Garden Terrace Residences and Rainforest Retreat Villas, we typically arrange stays of one month or longer to ensure comfort and value for our clients.
Are pets allowed in the properties?
Pet policies vary by property and building regulations. Please let us know your requirements when inquiring, and we will identify properties where pets are welcome.
How far in advance should I book a property?
We recommend reaching out at least two to four weeks before your intended move-in date to ensure availability and allow time for any necessary arrangements. For longer stays or larger properties, earlier notice is helpful.
