Our Story

Teraheim was founded in 2018 by a group of professionals who had experienced the challenges of corporate relocation firsthand. Having moved across continents for work assignments, they recognized a gap in the market for housing that truly understood the needs of business professionals and their families.

Starting with a modest portfolio of five properties in central Kuala Lumpur, we focused on creating living spaces that balanced functionality with comfort. Each property was carefully selected for its proximity to business districts, international schools, and essential services. Our goal was to reduce the stress of relocation by handling the details that matter: reliable internet, comfortable workspaces, and responsive local support.

Over the years, we've expanded our offerings to include a range of property types, from efficient corporate flats for short-term assignments to spacious villas for families settling in for longer stays. Throughout this growth, our commitment has remained consistent: provide housing that meets professional standards while creating an environment where people can feel at home.

Today, Teraheim manages properties across Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas, serving employees from various industries including technology, finance, consulting, and manufacturing.
