Teraheim was founded in 2018 by a group of professionals who had experienced the challenges of corporate relocation firsthand. Having moved across continents for work assignments, they recognized a gap in the market for housing that truly understood the needs of business professionals and their families.
Starting with a modest portfolio of five properties in central Kuala Lumpur, we focused on creating living spaces that balanced functionality with comfort.
